This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services made through https://kkprint.in/ (“Website”) and is operated by K.K ENTERPRISES (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Strict Policy
We follow a strict policy for all products and services:

❌ No Replacements
Once an order is confirmed, processed, printed, or delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Change of mind
Incorrect order placement
Customer-approved design errors
Minor color or print variations
Delay in delivery
Any other personal reason
Customers are advised to carefully review all product details, artwork, spellings, specifications, and customization requirements before confirming an order.
2. Printing & Customization Disclaimer
Printed products are customized based on customer-provided or customer-approved designs
Minor variations in color, alignment, texture, or print finish may occur due to printing processes and device display differences
Such variations shall not be considered defects
3. Refund Policy (Only Exception)
Refunds will be provided only in the following case:
✅ Duplicate Transaction
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error or technical issue:
The duplicate transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
No other refund requests will be accepted.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
5. Limitation of Liability
K.K ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for:
Customer-approved design or content errors
Minor printing or color variations
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners
Product misuse
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount.
