At KKPRINT, we strive to deliver high-quality customized products. Since most of our items are made to order, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product integrity.

Returns

As our products are customized based on your requirements, we generally do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, returns may be accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos of the product.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be processed after verification and will be delivered within the standard delivery timeline.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
Products with minor color variations due to screen differences
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the customization or production process has started, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
